Sara's online yoga classes are hosted through Google Meet. Participants receive the link for the month of classes, you download Meet, click the link before class and Voila, you can see the other participants and your instructor, while participating at your own pace. The choice to have your camera on is yours.
Props often used in class are: a yoga strap (or a robe tie), a tennis or massage ball, and a cushion of any kind for added comfort in seated position.
