Class ScheduleYoga for the Hips + Core Confidence
Thursdays: 9:30am-10:30am At Cranley Place Community Hall Drop-in $15 Beginners welcome! Must be able to get down to the floor and up from the floor (slowly is fine). This class is a slow flow. We start off warming up the hips and core in a safe, supported, and dynamic way. Slowly increasing in strengthening aspects paired with breathe then moving on to gently and effectively getting those glutes and deep core muslces firing properly once again. This program was developed in consultation with pelvic floor physiotherapists. No equipment needed. Just you and your mat. |

CORE RECOVERY
FOR MAMAS & GRANDMAMAS TIRED OF THE "POOCH" & BACK PAIN Prevent and heal common core challenges like tummy bulge, "flat bum", back pain, "peeing a little", prolapse and diastasis recti through safe and effective core re-training exercises and mommy postural releases.

We will work gently and effectively on restoring your core function, posture, balance, and getting those glutes and deep core muslces firing properly once again. What better way to start the event than breathing and moving together in a lighthearted atmosphere. "Sara is an awesome instructor and incredible to work with. She taught a private class at our vacation rental and our group of 10 loved her! Sara was proactive in asking about our groups physical and mental state ahead of time so she could design a class that best fit our needs. |
